Conversion to a touring coach for people with reduced mobility
Swiss company Dysli is a specialist in touring for people with limited mobility. For this purpose, it has just acquired a Setra S 515 MD with rear entry and an OM 470 motor from BusStore.
BusStore is Dysli-Reisen’s first port of call for buying pre-owned buses and coaches. Having bought a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo RH15 in 2016 that was a mere two years old and been very pleased with it, the travel company also wanted a “young used coach” this time round. With only 66,000 km on the clock and 23 months of use behind it, the ComfortClass bus has really had a short working life so far.
The vehicle is equipped with current technical features such as adaptive cruise control, a LDW system, ESP, retarder, air con, SCR exhaust cleaning and much more. The vehicle was bought from the BusStore Center Kloten, although sales support was offered by the BusStore Center Neu-Ulm.
Dysli-Reisen has provided the coach with a wheelchair lift and airline-style L-tracks. Thus equipped, the Bern firm is putting it to use for travel with passengers of reduced mobility, tours for seniors, trips to concerts and several-day club excursions.
“We buy vehicles using BusStore because we have had good experiences in consultation and transaction, as well as with reliability,” says junior manager Roland Dysli. “In addition, we find an complete and faultless vehicle history to be important, so that we can exactly and comprehensively estimate the TCO.” He adds: “The transaction has always been completely frictionless and the service has always gone off without a hitch.”
