BusStore Premium

BusStore has simplified and modernised the classification of its used vehicles. All used vehicles are subjected to an unchanged technical quality check. Buses and coaches that meet a number of performance characteristics receive an additional quality seal.
With the new “BusStore Premium” award, used bus and coach purchases are being modernised and at the same time remain transparent and secure. The two-stage classification replaces the previous four-stage system and creates simplified and even better comparability across Europe. This new classification will also be used for electric or other drives in the future. Only buses and coaches of the Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands that have successfully passed the BusStore quality check are awarded the “BusStore Premium” label, which guarantees the highest quality of the buses and coaches.

A European-wide quality standard.
With the “BusStore Premium” label, the Europe-wide BusStore network offers customers a cross-border quality promise when buying used vehicles. It thus creates transparency with regard to the age, mileage and condition of the buses and coaches. 

The BusStore service promise.
At BusStore, all used vehicles are quality-checked; these proven quality checks remain unchanged, regardless of the vehicle brand. A new feature is that selected used buses and coaches of the Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands (except minibuses) receive an additional quality seal if they meet certain criteria. The mileage of the buses and coaches must not exceed 600,000 kilometres and the used vehicles must not be older than six years. The used vehicles are visually reconditioned and the BusStore warranty is included (12 months on the drivetrain). The buses awarded with the quality seal are easy to identify on the BusStore website - they are marked with the signet in the vehicle search. Customers can also find the new quality seal directly in the vehicle details. The service package is rounded off by the services of OMNIplus, which offers maintenance and repair for used vehicles from BusStore at more than 600 service centres in Europe - including professional parts supply and a 24-hour service.
