What distinguishes BusStore from other pre-owned bus dealers?
First of all I have to mention the outstanding brand image of Mercedes-Benz and Setra. We have access to the full range of expertise of the Daimler group and work in just the same professional way as our colleagues in new vehicle sales. Secondly, the entire team at BusStore Italy has decades of experience. We have very precise knowledge not only of the products, but also of the market and the customers’ requirements. Thirdly – and this may be the most important point – it’s not the bus, not the product, that takes centre stage for us, but always the customer.

What is your recipe for customer satisfaction?
Our “Italian manner” (laughs). But seriously: we receive every customer with a smile. Customers should feel at home with us. And they should be able to rely on us. Our service starts with consultation before the sale, goes through clearing the approval formalities, all the way to the vehicle handover and the precise explanation of all its functions. In short: a pre-owned bus customer receives, with BusStore, the exact same service as a new vehicle customer at Setra and Mercedes-Benz.
Do you often work with BusStore colleagues from other countries?
The Europe-wide BusStore network and the use of the Internet are of great importance to us. After all, many customers come to us for the first time because they have seen a vehicle on our website. Thanks to our networking with other BusStore locations across Europe, we are finding ever greater numbers of the right vehicles for our customers in other countries.
